Supremacy is the pinnacle of our winemaking efforts. Sourcing fruit from exceptional vineyards allows us to pick and choose our favorite components to create a wine that represents our Valley’s 100+ years of Bordeaux winemaking experience. Supremacy uses the five noble Bordeaux varieties and represents the best barrel selection in each component’s given lot.
CABERNET SERIES
Vineyard Designate
Our Vineyard Designate Cabernet Sauvignon wines are produced to showcase the distinctions of the finest Cabernet vineyards in the Livermore Valley. Only the best sites and the best fruit from each particular vintage are chosen to stand alone bearing the Vineyard Designate label and their signature red band.
HAND CRAFTED
Micro-Lot Reserve
Nottingham Cellars Micro-Lot Reserve wines are produced from the finest vineyards in the Livermore Valley that showcase the region’s ability to grow world class Bordeaux Varieties. Each variety is site specific and was chosen as one of our finest offerings available.
APPELLATION SERIES
BDX
Our Appellation Series Wines are produced from vineyards throughout the Central Coast and bottled with a beautiful white label to identify our goal of showcasing fruit purity. The wines are designed to pair with meals at the table with family. BDX, the most widely available wine we produce, is a Bordeaux Style Red Blend that captures the diversity of many coastal regions.

Our Tasting Room
Conveniently located at the gateway of Livermore Valley’s famed wine region, our tasting room is an ideal place to enjoy a tasting flight, have picnic lunch on our patio or enjoy a glass of wine among the barrels in our cellar.

Thursday – Sunday 12pm – 5pm
Monday – Wednesday by Reservation Only
