Wines on tap have become a real trend in the US, especially on the east coast.  By offering wines on tap a restaurant/wine bar can virtually eliminate spoilage, thus shattering their spill tab.  Consumers benefit because they get a fresh glass of wine from a contained source, not an open bottle.

About Our Keg Program

Nottingham Cellars offers small lots of wines on tap.  Some wines are produced exclusively for our keg program.  Others are removed from lots from our bottled goods.  No matter what wine, you can be guaranteed a fresh glass of premium wine, every time you order NC.  Every wine that is offered is either a single vineyard sourced varietal, or a small production blend.  We work in 120 gallon increments (2 barrels), and keep the final blends rotating.  Similar to your favorite micro-brewery, you can anticipate seasonal and unique blends in a constantly evolving, rotating program.
